This attention got him customers who had bigger spaces. Much bigger. He became, for a little while, the go-to for some of the dragons who had done extremely well for themselves after the chaotic period of Star City's rebellion and regime change. He discovered he loved working on larger projects, and was on his way to petitioning to join the civic works council when disaster struck the station and he, along with so many other refugees, were forced to flee and start over.

Now, Fenesti has made his way to Winterholme in the far north of Aleph, knowing that if he's seeking a position of authority, he can do so more easily in a small population. He swept the village decorating overseer position up before anyone had settled, and he is, in large part, why Winterholme's village is the cheery winter wonderland that it is.

Fenesti isn't just an ideas guy. His exacting attention to detail follows him into picking, crafting, and finishing work. He was working right alongside the dragons and humanoids who huddled together in the first shelter in those early days. He spoke at length with the creatures whose magical powers allowed the creation of the adorable cabins that everyone lives in these days, and helped them see the vision he had, and then when gaps needed filling with physical labour, he was right there hauling logs from the taiga south of their home and milling the logs as needed. It's been a lot of work and he is reveling.

One thing that Fenesti is highly aware of is that their village does not have a sustainable power source. He wants the place to light up against long winter nights, and currently the magical power sources that have been set up only do a moderate job of that. He is, as ever, on a quest to make Winterholme a destination that will wow visitors for generations.
