Elandra is one of a small village of half-Aigard people originally hailing from another continent on Aleph, all of whom whose ancestors fled a terrible Balespawn war in their home nation. Bad lucks seems to have followed her people, however, as their new home on the outskirts of Nidus Corona was swallowed by the Drift, which disconnected Nidus Corona and its surrounding lands from the rest of the Nexus, and indeed, from the flow of time itself. When the Nidus had returned, where maybe 20 years had passed for other parts of the continent, 200 had passed for Elandra's people.
| Cautious of bad lands, a minority dispersed once again, and those few who stuck with Elandra and the immortal patrons of the winged wolves wound up in the taiga south of Winterholme. Elandra herself is a sturdy woman who has never given up hope. She's middle-aged and quite wide to the world, even though she hasn't seen as much of it as she'd like. She has many traditions and stories memorized between her people's experiences in the Drift, and the stories that came from before, and when comparing notes with outsiders has found that many of these are accurate, if somewhat canonized over time. She is looking to help rebuild the pack with outside blood, hoping to renew the ranks of her people's patron deities. In a way, she is a guiding star for those who would walk in the dark and cold, out of step with time but unafraid. | |
